Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer in bucket measured at 50ppm. Cloth observed with food debirs. Corrected during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): →Quats sanitizer must be maintained at 200ppm for lowering the number of harmful microorganisms on food contact surfaces and the cloths stored inside the bucket.
→Ensure Quats solution is changed when there is visible contamination. Continue changing all buckets with Quats according to a schedule, but increase changing frequencey after heavy used and when test strip verifies the concentration is not at 200ppm.

-All hand wash stations supplies with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
-Stand-up coolers and under counter with prep coolers at or below 4°C
-Stand-up freezer at or below -18°C
-Dry storage organized, foods are covered. Please ensure scoops, if stored inside dry food bins, have handles facing up and not touching food directly to avoid contamination
-Please ensure permit is posted in a conspicuous location
-Premise is well-lit and sanitary. No signs of pests.
-Operator has valid FoodSafe equivalent.
