Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Bleach sanitizer in the back kitchen bucket measured at less than 100 ppm. 100-200 ppm is required to properly sanitize food contact surfaces.
Correction: Discard and refill the aforementioned bucket with 100-200 ppm bleach sanitize bucket. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces with the newly made sanitizer.
Comments

Follow-up inspection:
- Cooked tempura not stored under ambient temperature.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle and from the dispenser.
- New cutting board available at the kitchen area.
- General sanitation improved.
- Rodent droppings cleaned up from the storage area. Continue monitor for any signs of potential pest.
