- Coolers are below 4 degrees C
- Freezers are below -18 degrees C
-Foods are hotheld above 60 degC or discarded after breakfast/lunch rush.
- Dishwasher rinse was 77 degrees C at plate level
- 200 ppm Quats was available for sanitizing.
- Hand sinks are fully equipped
-As per operator, all the foods in the salad bar and at the hot station are discarded after breakfast/lunch rush. Lunch starts at 11am. Any pre-made sandwiches at the sandwich station are sold within 2 hours or discarded.
-Cold water pressure at the dump sink appears to have been fixed.
-Temperature logs are being maintained.
-The soap dispenser at the handsink by the dishwasher has a cover and the sink drip has been addressed.
