Follow up inspection:
-Pickled food (achar) from Manisha Sweets & Restaurant at 27100 Fraser Hwy Aldergrove B.C. was returned to the supplier according to the Operator. This food product was not present on-site at the time of inspection and the sign for this product was removed from the food store area.
-Ceiling tile was re-installed in the back area.
-Faucet at the 3-compartment sink reaches the first and second sinks however still requires replacement or an additional faucet to reach the third sink unit. Operator has requested additional time until next Tuesday, July 2, 2019, to take the corrective action. *It was discussed that an air drying shelving unit is also required to be installed above the 3-compartment unit prior to July 2, 2019. The air drying shelving unit should be made of non-absorbant, easy to clean, durable, smooth, and non-toxic materials.
