Corrective Action(s): Continue to use the sticky fly traps provided by pest control. Ensure that the dispenser head and other hard to clean areas of the smoothie machine is thoroughly cleaned. Violation Score: 9 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation: Grease accumulation under the grill noted. Comments

Routine inspection. Replenish one of the soap dispenser in the customer women's washroom. Ensure there is warm water available at the sink. Only cold was detected. The back door was kept close and the outside garbage enclosure area was well maintained. Keep the lid of the grease recycling container close. Temperature of hot and cold holding equipment were satisfactory. Temperature log is maintained. Dishwasher sanitizer and sanitizer in spray bottles is at satisfactory concentration. Cooking temperature of beef patties is satisfactory.
