Observation: Observed droppings around the perimeter of the facility. Presumably, cracks at the bottom of the backdoor allowed pests to enter. Professional pest control inspects the facility on a monthly basis.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Pull out shelves and clean and sanitize the areas where droppings are found.
2. Ensure that all foods are stored in pest-proof containers.
3. Install a door sweep in the back door.
4. Ensure that the facility is kept clean and dry at the end of each day.
