Professional pest control inspects the facility on a monthly basis. Corrective Action(s): 1. Pull out shelves and clean and sanitize the areas where droppings are found. 2. Ensure that all foods are stored in pest-proof containers. 3. Install a door sweep in the back door. 4. Ensure that the facility is kept clean and dry at the end of each day. Violation Score: 9
