Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temp dishwasher noted with 0 ppm chlorine. Sanitizer bucket appears full. Operator changed sanitizer buckets 2 days ago. Line does not appear primed.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure low temp dishwasher is capable of sanitizing dishes between 50-100 ppm chlorine. Remember to prime all lines when chemical buckets are changed out to ensure the chemicals are dispensed properly.
