* Some dusting required to remove dust build up on upper sections of the wall above the UV vector light trap. Some ceiling tiles also require cleaning. (By July 15, 2017) * Do not store any buckets of food ingredients or food containers underneath the hand sink.(immediately). * Chemicals must be stored back in their designated rack after use. * Ensure all items/articles are stored at least 6 " off the floor in the back storage areas. Walk-in cooler below 4 degrees C. Walk-in freezer < -19 degrees C. Front pastry display cooler below 4 C. Quats sanitizer at the dispenser and in spray bottles tested 200 ppm. Staff wear hair nets. Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink. General sanitation is satisfactory.
