Follow up inspection: Two additional single plugs were obtained and in use at the time of inspeciton. Digital probe thermometer with a temperature range to monitor cold-held, cooked and hot -held food temperatures was available. Thermometer was available in the walk-in cooler in addition to the display thermometer. Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle was labelled. Two garbage bins were obtained for the staff washroom and near the 3-compartment sink. Pizza storage bins made of rough wooden materials were placed near the back door and will be removed by tomorrow as they are arranging to remove them and transport via a pickup truck. Ensure all storage bins and equipment is made of durable, easy to clean, impervious to moisture, smooth and non-toxic materials. Operator obtained an additional counter-top liquid soap dispenser near the 3-compartment sink and informed she will affix a wall-mounted liquid soap dispenser near this sink. Facility was without food stock at the time of inspection. Contact the Environmental Health Officer for an inspection once you have obtained the microwave, hot-holding unit proposed slicer and freezer for the proposed chicken wings.
