Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize affected area with 200ppm Chlorine solution . Violation Score: 9 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Soap dispenser missing in back washroom. Currently staff is using soap from bladder units which work as it is a pump but is not a long term solution. . Corrective Action(s): Repair/replace soap dispensing unit immediately. . COMMENTS - Pest control program in place - Handsinks adequately supplied - Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius - Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius - Three functional sink plugs available for use - Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm QUAT - Time tracking occurring for potentially hazardous food items on small placard attached to display unit. NOTE: Check with Pest technician to determine if hole under back door (2 inch gap next to door jam) is large enough to permit entry of rodents into facility. If so seal hole. Droppings found near back door therefore this may be a point of entry.
