Comments

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
Hand delivered food permit to operator.
All cooler units at 4C
Freezer units at -18C.
Hot holding of food products were at least 60C internally.
Previously cooked donair meats were reheated in the microwave. Reheating temperature was checked at the time of inspection. Ensure to stir and to verify reheating temperature with a probed thermometers to eliminate cold spots.
Electric grilled used as secondary cook step. Ensure all donair meat (chicken, beef, and lamb) are go through a secondary cook step on the grill.
Hand washing station satisfactory.
3-compartment sink available. Ensure the sanitizing compartment of the sink is filled with a 100ppm chlorine at all times to ensure adequate sanitizing facility is available.
General sanitation level is good.
