- Facility is renovated as per approved plan
- Domestic cooler: 3.6 deg.C
- 2-door cooler: -0.3 deg.C
- Prep. cooler: 3.9 deg.C
- 2-door sliding cooler was not turned on at time of visit. Ensure it's < 4 deg.C when in use.
- Chest freezer: -13 deg.C
- Stand up freezer: -12 deg.C
- Domestic freezer: -10 deg.C
- Hot + cold running water available
- Liquid handsoap + paper towel present at handwashing stations.
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- No signs of pests at time of visit
- Dishwasher final rinse reaches at least 71 deg.C on plate, as per thermolabel.
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle noted at 100ppm chlorine.
- Test strips available to check sanitizer concentration.
