Observation: Some droppings noted in the back of the dry storage area. Droppings appear to be old. Recent pest control reports did not mentioned about pest activity.
Correction: Remove droppings noted in the dry storage area. Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with 100 ppm diluted bleach solution ( or 200ppm QUATS) after cleaning to deactivate bacteria, viruses and phermone which may attract new rodents.

Observation: 1) Clutter noted in the last routine inspection was not addressed. Extra shelves (which requires assembly), ceiling materials, etc. in the dry storage may harbour pest. Moving some boxes revealed rodent droppings (see infraction 304)
2) Splashed drink residues has not been cleaned up.
3) Drink syrup spills noted in the dry storage area. Dry storage floor is sticky
Correction: 1) Organization is needed in the dry storage area. Remove items that are not required for day-to-day operation. All good must be 15cm off the floor to aid with cleaning and monitory pest activity

- Sanitation under the front food handling area improved greatly
- Condenser unit in the walk-in cooler was serviced. The fan no longer spits out water.
