Observation: Hot water knob for one of the handwashing sinks at front requires a repair.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have the knob repaired. Until then, use the other handwashing sink available at the other end.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water, except one of the two front ones. Refer to above.
-Coolers operating below required temperature of 4'C. Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
-200ppm chlorine solution available in a small bucket in prep area.
-Proper manual dishwashing method being followed. Poster available on wall. Good.
-Hot-holding unit not in use at this time.
NOTE: Tongs are now placed in a foil container when in use. Taken to the back area for dishwashing every 2-4 hours.
-No evidence of pest activity observed.
-General sanitation of the facility satisfactory. No concerns observed at this time.

NOTE: Back door open for receiving delivery. To be closed immediately after.
NOTE: Pickled meat (chicken/goat), Potato Salad, Mint Sauce, and Broth obtained from the warehouse location. Proper labelling observed.
