Food handling still needs improvement, training is to be upgraded and intensified to ensure that food workers follow safe food handling practices. This has been an ongoing deficiency; progressive enforcement implemented. Failure to comply with the requirements of the Food Premises Regulations and Public Health Act may result in the issuance of a Violation Ticket, prosecution, or other legal action as may be appropriate to enforce this legislation. All other work required to be completed has been done.
