Observation: Older mouse droppings found under/behind the two stacks of flour to the right of the fridge. Pest reports (Abel) reviewed and last report dates back to Sept 2021 though staff stated that they still come regularly. Please keep these records together and binder up to date.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Clean under flour storage and continue to monitor/work with pest control company to ensure pest issue is resolved and doesnt reoccur.
2) Email latest report to undersigned EHO, business card provided.
