Facility currently not in operation.
- All handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- All temperatures meet health requirements:
* All coolers at 4C or below
* Freezers at -18C
Note: Hot holding unit was not warmed up during time of inspection, before use ensure that a thermometer is available within unit and that it maintaining foods temperatures 60C or hotter at all times.
- Thermometers available at all cold holding units
- Bleach available on site
Note: Ensure new bottles are purchased for sanitizer solution
- High temperature dishwasher available, adequate sanitization temperature reached via hot water (72.9C)
- ORKIN contracted on monthly contract, latest inspection report obtained, no pest activity indicated on report
- No evidence of pests detected during time of inspection
- All food products kept at least 6" off the floor
- General sanitation of facility - Good
