2. Paper towel at bar without dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Do not obstruct handwashing station at any time. Handsinks must be clear of items and accessible at all times.
2. Ensure paper towel is placed in a dispenser.

Observation: An old deep fryer, an oil cleaner machine, and a safe observed at the back dishwashing area. Staff indicated these items will be removed soon.
Corrective Action(s): Remove items not required as soon as you can. It is also hard for pest monitoring when too many items are on the floor.

Note:
1. Facility is currently renovating for the pizza addition. Please contact the undersigned for an inspection prior to opening the addition.
2. Limited dry storage space in facility observed. Currently there are 2 dry storage shelves and it is at capacity. Staff indicated menu will be reduced soon. Having said that, facility is adding a new operation in the facility, which will require more storage space. Additional storage room in building should be consulted.
3. Space for staff belonging should be added in facility.
