Operator mentioned that they generally clean the ice machine once per month near the end of the month.)

-Ice machine was drained, cleaned, and was in a sanitary condition at the time of inspection.
Please ensure that you regularly check the ice machine for sanitation and wash and sanitize it to prevent buildup/mould from accumulating inside it.
