Corrective Action(s): Ensure scoops are stored in a sanitary manner to prevent potential contamination of foods. Violation Score: 3 310 - Single use containers & utensils are used more than once [s. 20] Observation: Aluminum foil covering baskets is still being used throughout the day. Aluminum foil was found to have food stains. Corrective Action(s): Aluminum foil is intended for single use and cannot be reused. Aluminum foil must be changed each time new customer is served. Comments

-Follow-up inspection to Oct 11, 2018. -Facility was serviced by professional pest control on October 18, 2018. Report indicates facility was serviced for both rodents and cockroaches. Facility did no show signs of cockroach activity and operator stated pest control advised cockroach treatment as preventative maintenance. -Operator had invoice for yogurt. Best before date on the invoice matches the container of yogurt. Have yogurt invoices available for all future inspections and information on the invoice and product on hand must match. -Rodent droppings have been removed and affected areas have been cleaned and sanitized. Did not observed any further pest activity at the time of inspection. -Wall next to the chest freezer has been repaired. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
