-Walk-in cooler was at 4C. -Walk-in freezer was at -16C. -Customer area cooler was at 4C. -Customer area wall freezer was at -16C. -Chest freezers were less than -18C -Temperatures checked and recorded twice daily. -Random selection of baby foods and nutritional supplements were within their expiry dates. -Random selection of canned foods in the customer are were in good condition and within their best before dates. One dented canned item removed from the stock room. -General sanitation good at the time of inspection. -Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator. -No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. COVID-19: -COVID-19 information posted at the front entrance at in the store. -Patron limits are controlled when capacity reaches 65. -Physical distancing markers placed on the floors to allow for 2m distancing between patrons. -Flow markers placed on the floor to direct traffic. -Hand sanitizer available at the front entrance. -Self-service area sanitized after each customer. Quats sanitizer was at 200ppm. -Facility will be putting a plan in place for flu shots.
