Routine inspection: no changes to operation. Beer brewing and alcoholic beverage blending. Pest control services in place. Bay doors closed when not receiving or shipping out product. Warehouse is clean and organized. All finished product stored on pallets. Storage area clean and organized. Outside grain silo is secured by a fence and area maintained in a sanitary condition. Cans are received pre-cleaned but are rinsed out with water prior to filling. Premise sanitation is satisfactory. Organization continues to work on condensation issues. Clean in place for equipment including reusable kegs using caustic and acid solutions. Lot/date/batch codes in place for all products.
