-Follow-up inspection to July 11, 2023.
-Meat slicer was in use at the time of inspection. Operator stated the slicer is cleaned and sanitized after each use.
-Did not observe unwrapped/unprotected meats stored in the facility at the time of inspection.
-Quats sanitizer was at 200ppm. Meat department did not have any bleach sanitizer at the time of inspection. If department uses both Quats and bleach sanitizer, chemical containers must be clearly labelled to identify the contents in order to prevent accidental mixing and/or misuse of chemicals.
-Wooden shelving unit (exposed pressed wood and mouldy) was removed at the time of inspection. All surfaces must be smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.
