Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed cold potentially hazardous food stored above 4C or below; fries cooler at ambient temperature ranging from 5.1C to 7C and cut veggies cooler at 9.9C.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that cold potentially hazardous foods (cheese, mayo) are maintained at a temperature of 4C or below. Food in units moved to walk-in cooler at 4C or below. Temporarily food in units to be used within 2hrs

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed hot potentially hazardous food stored below 60C; chilli in hot holding registered at 50.4C when probed.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that hot potentially hazardous foods are maintained at a temperature of 60C or above.
Operator made chilli less than 2hrs prior, chilli reheated during inspection and now at 60C or above. Also ensure that hot holding units are filled with the appropriate amount of water for heat to transfer to food.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed both QUATs surface sanitizer solutions in containers registering below 200ppm, 0-50ppm when tested.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that QUATs surface sanitizer is maintained at a minimum concentration of 200ppm. QUATs solution changed during inspection and now registering at 200ppm.

Observation: Observed one of the front hand washing sinks without cold water and jug inside basin.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that hand washing sinks are adequately with hot/cold running water, paper towel and liquid hand soap and readily available for use of hand washing. Jug removed during inspection.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure that raw meats are stored separately and away from ready to eat food and produce to prevent potential cross-contamination of food.
