Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food debris / liquid noted underneath and sides of cutting board used on the sandwhich prep cooler.
Corrective Action(s): This needs to be washed and sanitized immediatley. Make sure all food contact surfaces (knives, tongs, cutting boards, etc.) are washed and sanitized as needed or at least once every 4 hours while in use. Follow your sanitation plan.
