Both pastry and deli display coolers measured below 4 C throughout unit. Good.
Measured quats in spray bottle at 200 ppm. Good.
**Main auto feed quats did not measure residual. Temperature of water was at or above 50 C so possibly a testing issue with strips? Labelling of chemicals still an issue and I remain unclear if or how it works. Please send email confirming the status of the auto feed system, including the chemicals in use and confirmation the sanitizers are correct and dispensing properly.
