Routine inspection conducted: All hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is good. Food contact surface sanitizers (pail, dispenser and three comp sink) measured at 200 ppm QUATs as per test strips. Three compartment sink set up adequately for manual dishwashing. All coolers measured at 4C or less. All freezers at adequate temperature. Hot holding measured >60C (gravy, patties, fries). Foods in temperature danger zone (e.g., cheese curd) are time tracked.
