Routine Inspection:

-Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold water, paper towels, liquid soap.
-Washrooms were equipped with hot/cold water, paper towel, liquid soap.

Temperatures:
-Walk-in fridge was recorded at 3.2°C (ambient probe)
-Prep-fridge was recorded at 3.8°C (ambient probe temperature)
-Walk-in freezer was recorded at -22.1°C (ambient probe)
-Hot holding patties were at 68.1°C and soup was probed at 76°C
-High temperature dishwasher plate surface temperature was probed at 75.3°C
-Thermometers were present in all coolers/freezers
-Milk/creamer dispensers were below 4°C
-Drink cooler was below 4°C.

General Sanitation & Maintenance:
-Ice machine was clean and sanitary during inspection
-No sign of pest activity during inspection
-Three-compartment sink with approved sanitizer available (Quats 200ppm)
-Sanitizer buckets available (Quats 200ppm) during inspection
-Washrooms were clean and sanitary during inspection.
