Front & back hand washing stations supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels in dispensers.
Coolers (pizza prep, beverage, walk in) < or = to 4 C;

Most food items are stored in insert containers with lids.
Note: Ensure all food is covered.
Hot holding unit measured at 60 C;.
Three-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
Bleach sanitizer - available at 100 ppm (spray & three-compartment sink);
Note:Ensure to use clean wiping cloths to clean food contact surfaces.
Dry storage - satisfactory (food off the floor & in containers with lids);.
No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.

Friendly reminder:
The paper towel and liquid soap dispensers in the staff washroom must be refilled.
Bare-wood shelf (back & dry storage) have to be sealed.
Light fixtures in the dry storage area must be covered.

Note: Observed sweets in the display cooler; the owner claimed that they prepared it by themselves.
