Introduction

A scheduled follow up inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All areas of non-compliance identified at the last routine and follow up inspection report LVIA-B9DT9F were inspected.

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the follow up inspection dated February 26, 2019 there were 6 children and 1 staff present.Licensing discussed the last inspection report LVIA-B(DT9F again with the Licensee to clarify any questions the Licensee had.Contraventions that were cited at the previous routine inspection appear to have been addressed appropriately.
