Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Package of tomatoes, sliced pepper and red onions on the prep counter. Package of tomatoes was punctured with a probe thermometer to measure approximately 12C. Staff had left these out and went on break.
Corrective Action(s): These foods require refrigeration according to the approved food safety plan.
