Routine inspection of the food store conducted.

Temperatures:
- Coolers were at or below 4C.
- Freezers were at or below -18C.

All units had functional thermometers.
NOTE: It is recommended that accurate temperature logs be maintained and kept on site.

Storage & Sanitation:
- Hand sinks are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels.
- General sanitation is excellent. Hard to reach areas, behind shelves, under display stands, and back storage are in good sanitary condition.
- Randomly selected items were within their Best Before dates.

*back storage area has a separated personal area where items and equipment unrelated to the business are kept* Ensure these items are not mixed with items for sale to the public.

Pest Control:
- Facility is monitored by a professional pest control company that visits twice a month.
- No pest activity noted at the time of inspection.

COVID-19 Safety:
- Masks are mandatory.
- Hand sanitizers are provided at the POS systems.
