Follow-up inspection conducted to routine inspection (report #TGIL-CEARJB)

Findings:
- Improvement noted in terms of pest issue. However, few rodent droppings were still observed in dry storage room and in the corner near hand wash sink.
- Facility has a contract with certified Pest Control Company that has been conducting inspections every 2 weeks.
- New glue traps and mechanical traps were observed throughout the facility.
- As per the operator, regular monitoring is conducted by the facility staff for pest activity and any new rodent droppings are removed on daily basis.
- Inspection reports from pest control company were verified during inspection.

Continue to work with your pest control company to implement control measures until the issue is fully resolved.
Keep both front and side door closed at all times as these could be the potential entry points for rodents. Screen doors can be installed for adequate air circulation during Summer.
