Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer spray bottles contained little to no chlorine solution. Solution was replaced during inspection to have 100 ppm chlorine in spray bottles
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all spray bottles contain 100 ppm chlroine solution. Use test strips to determine if adequate levels are being met. Train staff on how much bleach is required in spray bottles.

- Mechanical dishwasher had reading of 50 ppm of chlorine at plate surface
- No pest activity noted during inspection
- Pest control available
