Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. No sanitizer detectable in spray bottles presented to inspector during inspection.
2. Only lemon scented bleach available at facility.

**Corrected during inspection** Inspector instructed staff to purchase unscented bleach, and educated on how to mix a proper sanitizer solution.
1/2 tsp unscented household bleach : 1L water.
Empty spray bottle nightly and make a new batch at start of each shift.

All handwashing stations are to be used, and must be equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and a nearby garbage receptacle.
