Manager reported the products on the pallets are for disposal Corrective Action(s): - Clean up all droppings and disinfect area - Remove all damaged products. Ensure spills are cleaned up in a timely manner so as not to attract pests. - Monitor area for any further activity - Maintain contract with Pest Control Company and follow all recommendations of the Pest Control Technician. Manager reported temperature is monitored daily. - Food items are stored off of the floor on pallets or shelving - Staff washroom supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and air dryer. - Pest Control contract in place with Orkin. Manager reported potential entrance points have been identified by Pest Control Technician and will be addressed.
