Observation: Spilled food, dirt, grease accumulation noted under and behind kitchen ice machine and under grill/ oven area.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean above-mentioned areas. [Date to be corrected by: October 20, 2016]

*A higher level of sanitation is required to facilitate pest control management.

Operator advised that janitorial services are shared with building owner and communication has taken place regarding cleaning responsibilities. Operator must ensure that cleaning deficiencies in the food premises are addressed and corrected regardless.

Comments

- Handsinks are provided with liquid soap and papertowels. Soap dispensers are now mounted at handsink locations.
- Opened packages of dry ingredients are now stored in tight lid containers and away from areas prone to water leaks.
- Mouse droppings have been removed and area has been cleaned up. Continue to monitor for pest activity.

- Dishwasher: 73.5 deg C at dish surface. Final Rinse Gauge read >82 deg C.
* As mentioned in the last inspection report, it is highly recommended that unit receives regular maintenance servicing.

*Outstanding violations from the last inspection report must be corrected by the correction dates provided.

Note: Operator advised that premises my undergo some renovations and/ or have equipment replaced. Please be advised that any changes to the premises or operation will require approval from Fraser Health.
