Observation: Accumulation of food debris and dust observed around the area near the dough mixer.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the aforementioned area to remove any food debris and dusts. Follow your sanitation plan for regular cleaning schedule. Correct by: today.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: Walk-in cooler still not in good working order. The cooler was turned off and no food items were stored inside. Operator stated still waiting for the refrigeration technician. The facility is able to operate without walk-in cooler, however with less ingrediants stocked on site. This is a outstanding violation.
Corrective Action(s): Service / fix the walk-in cooler. Contact the Environmental Health Officer once the walk-in cooler is able to mainitain a temperature of 4C or less.

Observation: Operator does not have a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent.

Routine inspection:
- Coolers (display, stand-up, bar) maintained at 4C or less.
- Stand-up freezer was functional.
- Hot potentially hazardous foods maintained at 60C or above.
- 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer available in spray bottle.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50 ppm chlorine at plate level.
- Food items were covered during storage.
- No pest activities observed at the time of the inspection.
- A $150.00 cheque made to Fraser Health as the permit fee was collected at the time of the inspection.

Note: Maintain a temperature record for all refrigeration units on a daily basis.
