Inspection conducted for change of ownership. - No changes to facility floor plan or operations. - Food store selling pre-packaged foods and drip coffee from a machine. General: - Running hot and cold water is available. - Handwash station is supplied with soap and paper towels. - 2 compartment sink is available next to cashier for cleaning and sanitizing of coffee machine equipment. - Specifically the 2 black pieces connecting the french vanilla and hot chocolate powders to dispensing tubes. - This is done daily according to staff. - 200 - 400 ppm QUATS solution present for sanitizing. - Obtain QUATS test strips to verify the concentration. - All coders ( walk-in cooler, display cooler, protein drink cooler ) all measured 4 degrees C or colder. - All freezers ( ice cream freezer, frozen meals freezer) measured -18 degrees C or colder. - No obvious signs of pests at time of inspection - A few droppings were observed in the back room behind the row of jerry cans. - Pest control contract is in place with Shaddai pest control - Visits are monthly. Keep a records of visits accessbile at the general store. - General sanitation is satisfactory. Health approval is granted today.
