The door is left ajar providing possible entry for pest. Droppings found in the warehouse ( back wall of the storage area for pallets of corrugated boxes, and back wall of the warehouse area near the lunchroom). Corrective Action(s): Service the door. Remove droppings and add traps in these areas. Violation Score: 3
