- Back door was closed a time of visit - Tap at mop sink has been repaired, no longer leaking. - Cardboard, plastic wrap and tin foil has been removed from shelves and counters - Food not in use was cover at time of inspection - Cleaning has been done, keep up on a regular basis - Sanitizer was 200 ppm chlorine, note lemon quat sanitizer onsite is for floors and washrooms.
