Observation: Wire racks in the sliding glass door cooler to the right in the back has some paint coating peeling off. Currenlt only plastic containers with lids stored underneath.
Corrective Action(s): Monitor food storage and condition of racks and replace as needed.

-spray botle sanitizer at 200ppm quats, mixed by hand
