Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1) Ice bin in the bar area is observed to have debris on the corners of the bin. 2) Some mildew noted on the bottom of blender.
Correction: Please empty ice bin and retrieve ice from ice machine in the back. Reclean ice bin and blender asap.
Comments

Bar ice bin has been cleaned. More cleaning under blender is required.
Nothing blocking access to kitchen handsink at time of inspection.
Most of the foods were covered with exception of items being used to prepare food.
Discussed chicken tender process with other operator to ensure they understand that no partial cooking of chicken is allowed.
Frozen chicken tenders were directed to be transferred to food grade bags as this was not completed yet. Staff completed by end of inspection.
New thermometer obtained to determine food temperature.
Bleach sanitizer available in all stations; reminder to place wiping clothes back to sanitizer.
