Sanitizer spray bottle registered at 0 ppm for chlorine. Corrective Action(s): 1. Dishwasher was primed. Registered at 50-100 ppm chlorine. 2. Bleach sanitizer solution was re-made. Use 1/2 tsp of bleach per litre of water. Sanitizer concentrations should be verified daily with test strips. Violation Score: 5

Routine Inspection -Hand washing sink available with hot/cold running water and liquid soap, and paper towel. -All refrigeration units except beverage cooler registered at 4 C or below. -Beverage cooler at 7 C. Only used for non-potentially hazardous beverages - okay. -All freezers registered at -18 C. -Temperature logs not maintained. Temperatures should be checked daily and recorded. -Back screen door broken so door should be kept door until screen door is replaced to prevent entry of pests. -General sanitation - focus cleaning efforts on behind and underneath equipment. Clean on a routine basis. -Cloth for tandoor should be changed routinely. -Do not reuse tin containers (from canned goods) as they are single use only. -Cutting boards - replace as needed.
