General:
> Handsink and kitchen sink upstairs supplied with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
> Domestic dishwasher used on site - ensure "sani" cycle is used each time.
> Downstairs storage room and upstairs kitchen maintained in sanitary condition.
> Pest control company provides services when needed.
**Please provide most recent pest control report to undersigned via email.
> Temperature logs are maintained and updated twice daily. All fridges/freezers are equipped with thermometer. (See above violation regarding accuracy).
> All foods are protected from contaminated, stored above the floor and in pest proof containers.
> Chemicals stored separately from dry foods.
> No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
> All staff have valid FOODSAFE certification. Certificates are kept on site in a binder.
> Due to COVID, facility has switched from using 200ppm bleach solution to Keystone Redi San RTU Hard Surface Sanitizer supplied by Sysco for all surfaces. Bleach remains available on site.
