-Under counter cooler was at 3C.
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Front display cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C
-Under counter freezer was at -18C.
-Temperature are checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 72C on the dish surface face (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 100ppm.
-Manual warewashing carried out in 2-compartment sink. Bleach available and sink plug available.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the the floor and covered. Foods by the customer area protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary.
