The following corrections have been made: - Raw meats are stored on the bottom shelf in coolers - No cardboard boxes or foils in the kitchen - Shelves are lined with appropriate material - Temperature log has been updated and is in use since the last inspection - Sanitizer bucket has 200ppm chlorine and is used to store cloths The operator noted that parts for ice machine door and dishwasher temperature gauge have been ordered. Delivery expected within next couple of weeks.
