*Fan covers in the walk-in cooler require cleaning. ( By April 1, 2019). * Clean and sanitize the white hose to remove mould. * Replace the plywood sheet underenath the hand sink with washable FRP board ( ASAP). Remove mouldy piece of dry wall on the exterior edge of the walk-in cooler *Recommended using a de greaser ( e.g. Numero Uno) for cleaning food contact surfaces. these surfaces must be rinsed off and then sprayed with 200 ppm chlorine bleach. Walk-in cooler < 4 C Walk-in freezer < -18C All meats and poultry are obtained from approved sources General sanitation is satisfactory. Hand sinks equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
