During this inspection, there were 8 children, 2 staff and the manager present. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
The following was discussed:
· Drop-off/pick-up procedures
· Sanitization procedures
· Handwashing
· Snack preparation
· Facility health & illness policy
· Implementing social distancing measures in the facility
COVID-19 Infection Control Assessment was completed and a copy was given to the manager.
The facility received the CCFL COVID-19 Prevention Resource Package which was dropped off by the LO on May 28, 2020.
This inspection report was discussed with the manager and copy was emailed to the facility on Aug. 28, 2020. |
