Observation: A few house flies were noticed at the time of inspection and the back delivery door had been propped open.
Corrective Action(s): Make sure that if the delivery door is to be propped open that it is properly screened to prevent the entrance of insects and rodents.

Observation: Kitchen has been going through seismic upgrades which has left dust and wood debris in cupboards around bakery area and on equipment.
